Terms & Conditions — DH77 Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and DH77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the DH77 platform accessible at dh77.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

DH77 is an English-language online betting and live casino information and service platform operated for and targeted at users in Pakistan. The platform provides sports betting markets, live casino games, casino game information and related entertainment services. All monetary values on the platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

By accessing dh77.cam, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or accepting a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under guardianship orders, persons declared legally incompetent, or persons otherwise unable to enter enforceable contracts under applicable law may not hold an account.

3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. DH77 does not confirm or warrant that its services are legal in any particular location. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from holding a DH77 account:

• Persons under 18 years of age or the applicable legal minimum;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform;
• Current employees, contractors or immediate family members of DH77 or associated operators;
• Persons identified on applicable sanctions or financial crime watchlists;
• Persons who have previously had accounts terminated for Terms violations.

4.1 Registration Accuracy

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields requested during sign-up. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

DH77 operates in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at account creation, before your first withdrawal, when account activity reaches defined thresholds, or at any time at the platform's discretion. Accepted identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides required;
• A valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter — dated within 90 days);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming you are the genuine document holder.

4.3 Consequences of Failed KYC

Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended, deposits restricted or accounts closed. Funds held in accounts closed for KYC non-compliance will be handled in accordance with applicable AML obligations and may be held pending investigation.

5.1 Permitted Use

The DH77 platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. You may use the platform to place wagers on available markets, access casino games, manage your account and utilise responsible gambling tools.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation or collusion with other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable AML laws;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or identity verification measures.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. DH77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6.1 Currency & Display

All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests and transaction histories on the DH77 platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method processes transactions in a different underlying currency, conversion rates at the time of processing will apply.

6.2 Payment Methods

7.3 Bonus Abuse

DH77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in instances where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus conditions, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 Promotional Changes

The platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or traded.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the DH77 platform are subject to acceptance at the platform's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued and displayed in your account's betting history. Network interruptions or errors that prevent confirmation do not constitute an accepted wager.

8.2 Odds & Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance. Markets may be suspended or withdrawn without notice — for example, in the event of a match being suspended, rain stopping play during a PSL match or breaking news affecting event integrity.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances, including but not limited to: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned; an obvious pricing error on the platform; the bettor being determined to be a Prohibited User; or the bet being placed using exploited software errors.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports events including cricket matches, PSL T20 games, ICC tournaments, football and other international competitions. Live odds are updated in real time. DH77 accepts no responsibility for delays in data feeds that may affect in-play pricing accuracy.

8.5 Casino & Game Rules

9.1 Player Protection Tools

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication or commercial use of platform content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DH77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings arising from platform use;
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind;
• Service interruptions, data loss or security breaches caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in third-party data feeds including sports results, live odds or game outcomes;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses from prohibited conduct;
• Any losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your DH77 account at any time by contacting player support. Where real-money funds remain in your account at the time of closure, these will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding wagering obligations and KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by DH77

DH77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or match-fixing;
• Account activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling;
• Account holder identified as a Prohibited Person.

12.3 Consequences of Termination for Cause

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, DH77 reserves the right to withhold or void any pending bonuses, bonus-derived winnings and, in cases of fraud or money laundering, all account balances pending applicable legal and regulatory processes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DH77 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

DH77 acknowledges that Pakistani users are subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that these Terms do not override any applicable domestic legal obligation. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice for Pakistani users.

DH77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominently placed notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
